Dr. Ayesha Ogle

Dr. Ayesha Ogle is the visionary founder and Executive Director of Busisa Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved communities. With over 30 years of experience working in underserved communities, Ayesha has been a driving force in creating and implementing programs that address the needs of the most vulnerable populations locally and abroad.

Ayesha holds a Doctoral degree in Heathcare Systems Leadership and provides Primary Care to an underserved community in Los Angeles County, where she developed a deep understanding of the systemic challenges faced by marginalized groups. As a native South African, Ayesha’s passion for social justice led her to establish Busisa Foundation in 2009, with the mission of providing holistic support services including food assistance, educational programs  and  sustainable change in underserved communities  locally (US),  Malawi and South Africa.

Ayesha’s dedication extends beyond her professional endeavors; she is an active volunteer and mentor. She believes in the power of collective action and strives to foster a culture of empathy, inclusivity, and empowerment in all her work.

In her free time, Ayesha enjoys reading, gardening, and spending quality time with her family. She continues to inspire change through her commitment and passion to serve marginalized communities locally and abroad.
